Nicole A. Mas-Román, PhD
Vice President of Proposals
Dr. Nicole Mas-Román began her relationship with Caduceus in 2016 as an Emergency Management Assistant and as a Public Health Analyst during the Puerto Rico Zika virus emergency. Later in 2019, Nicole returned to Caduceus as a Sourcing Assistant and is currently serving as the Vice President of Proposals.
Dr. Mas was raised and currently resides in Puerto Rico. She obtained her bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Biology, a master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Puerto Rico, and a doctorate’s degree (PhD) in Health Education and Promotion from Walden University. Nicole is passionate about public health and health promotion as she has conducted research and obtained several certifications related to healthcare. She has professional experience within primary care, behavioral health and educational settings.
