Jason Mirabella, ESQ, CIR

Jason Mirabella is Associate Vice President of Government Relations and Associate General Counsel for Caduceus. He has been with Caduceus since 2012 and was originally brought on as General Counsel. His background in commercial and corporate litigation brings a unique perspective to the proposal team and office of general counsel.

In 2016, Mr. Mirabella became a leader of the business development team. He has a high level of expertise in recruiting, capture management, and government relations. He is a Certified Internet Recruiter.

Before joining Caduceus, Mr. Mirabella worked for nearly 8 years as a trial lawyer, trying over 200 cases at every level of the state and federal court systems. He practiced as an attorney, primarily in the areas of banking, land use and zoning, and construction. His years of legal research and writing experience made the transition to proposal writing an easy one.

Mr. Mirabella's educational history includes an ABJ in Journalism from the University of Georgia and a Juris Doctor, also from the University of Georgia. He is an alumnus of the Leadership Gwinnett program. He is married and has five children.
