Carole Enem is the Associate Vice President of Commercial Business Development at Caduceus. She is a Certified Internet Recruiter, where she excels at sourcing and recruiting highly skilled candidates for the company. She also calls on potential clients and generates new business opportunities for revenue.  Ms. Enem has a unique talent for recruiting and  inspiring her peers to be successful. Her vision and ability to nurture relationships and finding that ‘great fit’, has led to many long-term solutions at Caduceus. These strong attributes, won her the “Caduceus Employee of the Year” in 2015.

Ms. Enem is a Government Contracting Industry recruiting expert, with over 15 years of experience. She has a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology and Urban Planning from York University, located in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Ms. Enem is bilingual, speaking both English and French. She has traveled and recruited individuals globally throughout her career and has now settled in Atlanta, GA.
