Vanessa Malugin, MHSA

Vanessa Malugin is the Director of Pricing at Caduceus. She conducts  pricing research and assists with formulating profitable pricing strategies for the company’s proposals. She prepares compliant costs and price proposals in accordance to Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) and determine the cost and price for all the company's proposals. Since joining the Caduceus Corporate team, Ms. Malugin has successfully served as Data-Base Manager, Payroll Manager and Pricing Manager.

Ms. Malugin was previously a contractor for  the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on the Zika Project in Puerto Rico. Her excellent performance and professionalism prompted Caduceus to invite her to the corporate team once her contract was over.  Prior to joining Caduceus, Ms. Malugin worked in the construction and insurance industries, where she distinguished herself with her initiative and strategic planning. 

Ms. Malugin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, and a Master’s in Healthcare Services Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus. She is a Licensed Healthcare Service Administrator in Puerto Rico. Ms. Malugin is fluent in both English and Spanish.
