Terry Roy

Terry Roy is the Chief Information Officer at Caduceus. He has over 20 years of experience in custom software implementation and integration, and applying expertise in data-driven systems, long-term strategic planning of systems.

Prior to joining Caduceus Terry was a contractor working with mobile application development and system integration for the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where he provided his experience and skills with application implementation, integration and management.

Previous to this, Terry was a Director of IT Programs and a Software Programs manager for several Fortune 500 companies. He managed a diverse IT project portfolio, including data design and analysis, managed application development, managed application integration, IT product testing and control management, and business department and client products requirements strategic planning, and systems design.

From 2004 through 2010, Terry was the Lead Software Engineer, managing software services for Real Estate, Appraisal and Mortgage industries that specialized in online platforms for education and classroom instruction. In addition, Terry was an integral member of the Project Management team, where he led the project status meetings, due diligence, product prototypes, and system change management, resulting in yearly double-digit percentage growth.

Terry holds a Master of Information Technology degree, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is married and has three children.
