Stormy Dover

Stormy Dover is a Regional Program Manager at Caduceus. Mrs. Dover manages multiple contracts and is responsible for the delivery of contract services and requirements to our clients. Her primary goal is to ensure personnel placements result in both candidate and client satisfaction.

Prior to joining Caduceus, Mrs. Dover served more than 20 years in the United States Army as a Radiology Specialist. She has vast experience in all administrative duties related to Radiology and Clinical Support Services; Program and Project Management; and Healthcare Operational Management.

Mrs. Dover is a Registered Radiology Technician and has completed the Contract Representatives Course through the Defense Logistics Agency. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western Illinois University and a Masters of Business Administration (Healthcare Administration) from Columbia Southern University. She will complete her Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management in July 2017 and is pursuing her Project Management Professional Certification. Mrs. Dover is married with two children and four stepchildren. She resides in Northern Virginia with her family.
