Renée Benson-Peña

Renée Benson-Peña is the Director of Revenue Recognition. She leads the accounting team and is responsible for all accounts receivable's. In addition, Ms. Benson-Peña is responsible for financial audits and the production of financial statements, and the development of the account statement disclosures. She ensures that the company is in compliance with all regulatory and government financial policies and procedures.  
 
Ms. Benson-Peña has worked in the field of accounting for over 25 years, with emphasis in government contracting for the past 18+ years. She brings extensive experience in the three primary types of government contracts: fixed price, cost reimbursement, and time and materials. She is a self-starter, excellent team player, detailed, and solution oriented. Ms. Benson-Peña has been with Caduceus for over five years and continues to bring a high level of enthusiasm to the team. She fully embraces the company’s vision and mission. She makes a significant positive impact on the company's performance every day.
 
Ms. Benson-Peña obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lane College and has a Master’s of Business Administration from Devry University's Keller Graduate School of Management.  She is a member of the Associate of Government Accountants. She is married, has seven children, and five grandchildren.
