Rafael Pont, CIR

Rafael is a Recruiter Assistant at Caduceus. He is a charismatic and a passionate team worker. He has gained extensive customer service experience working for more than 15 years in the Food and Beverage industry.

He has an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts and is currently in process of completing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Operation’s Management at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras’s campus. He is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
