Jearlynn Winley, CNP

Jearlynn Winley is the Acting Director of Recruiting at Caduceus. Best known to her friends as Jeri, she grew up in a small town called Georgetown in SC, then moved to Palm Springs, CA, and currently lives in Atlanta, GA where she got her start as an Entertainment Host to unsigned artist, under her company LJ Productions. Helping others is her passion and purpose.

Winley started her career in Health Occupations of America in 1980 with a desire of becoming a Registered Nurse, but when those plans didn’t quite work out, she became a Radiology Technician and Certified Nursing Assistant, which allowed her to work in many hospitals in various states.

Then, an opportunity to work with the government came along and she took advantage of this as a way to give back. She started recruiting Physicians and other healthcare professionals. This led her to volunteering with The Black Veterans Helping Veterans, Be My Eyes, and other charities. Currently, Mrs. Winley is the CEO of Smalls-Winley Solutions, a healthcare consulting company. She is currently managing the Recruiting Department at Caduceus, and is also a Certified Notary Public (CNP).

In her spare time, she enjoys and love to travel, cook, bake, read and dance.  She’s determined to keep achieving goals, and her next project is to run a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Street Eets.
