Jennifer Aldea, Esq.,CPA

Ms. Jennifer Aldea, Esq., CPA joined Caduceus as Vice President of Taxation of the Company. She oversees the corporate tax function, including internal and external resources, ultimately providing guidance on tax compliance, tax audits, proposed legislation and other tax matters, while also working directly with the CEO & CFO to develop and implement sound strategic tax planning and structuring opportunities to achieve corporate goals.

Ms. Aldea is an Attorney-at-Law and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 10 years of experience in the areas of federal, state and local taxation. Prior to joining Caduceus, she was a Tax Manager for a large accounting firm.  

She obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law, and a Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico at Cayey. Jennifer is married and a mother of a baby boy.
