Jen Frenzel, PHR

Jen Frenzel is the Vice President of Human Resources at Caduceus. Ms. Frenzel has been with Caduceus almost from its inception. She started with Caduceus in February, 2009. It was her first job right out of college. She worked her way up through the organization, essentially creating the Human Resources Department she would eventually run.

Ms. Frenzel has eight plus years of Human Resources experience. Her responsibilities include the oversight of payroll operations, compensation, 401(k), flexible spending account administration, facility clearance management and human resource information systems, just to name a few. Ms. Frenzel has helped usher the company through important phases of its growth cycle, playing an important role in projects that laid the foundation for Caduceus’ future success. These projects include developing an Employee Manual, obtaining Gold Seal Certification from the Joint Commission and obtaining a company Secret Facility Clearance. Ms. Frenzel has also provided her expertise in the development of countless policies and procedures designed to preserve and maintain the culture that makes Caduceus so unique.

Ms. Frenzel earned her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from Kennesaw State University in 2009. In 2012 she continued her education by obtaining her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and in 2016 she added her Society for Human Resource Management Professional Certificate (SHRM-CP). She is a long-standing member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
