Jared Beuther, CIR, CPC

Jared Beuther is the Director of Programs at Caduceus. He is a Certified Internet Recruiter and a Certified Personnel Consultant. Mr. Beuther joined Caduceus in 2016 and in this short period of time he has proven his ability to consistently and positively contribute to a high paced changing work environment.

Mr. Beuther has shown his natural ability to lead and empower the team. He continues to build employees’ skills and knowledge by guiding them through the most appropriate and best techniques. He has a unique talent for coaching and gets results by asking a series of questions that encourages the team to think beyond the norm.  This has resulted in the development of new ideas that have helped the company.

Mr. Beuther is originally from Detroit MI and moved to Atlanta Ga in 2016 for the primary purpose of working for Caduceus. He has 20+ years’ experience in leading and managing teams. Prior to coming to Caduceus, Mr. Beuther managed a Sustainable Container Solution company with over 100 employees. He attended Wayne state University.  His passion and drive led him to the role of CEO of his company, founded in 2003. His company gradually grew year over year. He is married and has four children.
