Iselle Coronado, CPA, Esq.

Ms. Iselle Coronado-Torres, CPA, Esq., LL.M. has joined Caduceus as the VP of Taxation of our accounting department, responsible for most of our tax matters. Ms. Coronado-Torres obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico – Rio Piedras Campus, where she graduated with honors as Manga Cum Laude.

Additionally, during bachelor’s degree in business administration, she had the opportunity to participated in an international exchange program with the University of Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain. After finishing her bachelor’s degree, she began her career by joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC (“PWC”) as a tax intern of the International Assignment Services, she passed the CPA Exam and obtained her CPA License to practice in Puerto Rico on 2008. In the meantime, on August 2007, she officially joined the International Assignment Services Department of PWC as a tax associate and commenced her Juris Doctor degree in the University of Puerto Rico – Law School.

On 2011, before finishing her law degree, she also had the opportunity to participated in an international exchange program with the University of Ottawa in Ottawa, Canada. During the same year, on May 2011, she finally obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Law School. 

On 2017, she pursued an LL.M. degree in taxation with a specialization in international taxes, which made her able to also obtain a Certificate in International Taxation from Georgetown University – Law School located in Washington, D.C. 

During her professional career, she had performed in different job positions and professional levels of experience, after having the opportunity of joining the Corporate Tax Departments of the most prestigious accounting and law firms in Puerto Rico. Among these firms includes: PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, McConnell Valdes LLC, Fiddler Gonzalez & Rodriguez, and KPMG, LLP. During her experience, she had the opportunity to manage and lead various tax compliance & consulting projects, including tax personnel. 

During her previous professional experience, she had the opportunity to participated in various tax projects, where she was able to provide tax consulting and compliance services to various clients, including business entities and individuals.
