Francisco Agrait Camacho, CIR

Francisco Agrait is the Director of Human Resources at Caduceus. He is responsible for preparing employee’s offer letters, handling payroll issues, and assisting the team in daily office operations.

Prior to joining Caduceus, Mr. Agrait spent two years working for a nonprofit organization as a Disaster Case Manager. As such, he helped the people impacted by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico get back on their feet by guiding them through their FEMA claims processes. In addition, Mr. Agrait has collaborated with organizations in the private and public sectors as an organizational development consultant.

Mr. Agrait holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Universidad de Puerto Rico, a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Universidad Carlos Albizu and a Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico Law School.
