Esai Roman is a Recruiter Assistant at Caduceus. He has experience in customer service and sales. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in General Administration with a minor in Human Resources.

His academic journey is a testament to his ambition to learn about different businesses and the people working in them, to be able to create one of his own one day. With a great desire to learn, help others and become a better person, Mr. Roman aspires to write different types of books to help others find a direction.
