Dena Cross

Dena Cross is the ISO 9001 Consultant for Caduceus. She is a key member of the senior management team and reports directly to the CEO. She is a results-driven innovative strategic thinker with extensive cross industry discipline that is invaluable to the senior management team as it designs and implements business strategies, plans and procedures.  

Ms. Cross has worked at several Fortune 500 companies at the senior level, in the Healthcare industry, both in the public and private sector. She is an energetic, versatile leader with expansive global experience who has led extremely effective groups to drive impact positive change in operational, quality, and transformational improvements. She has successfully managed complex organization-wide initiatives where she deployed and coordinated large global teams focused on Technology, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Transformation, Program Management Leadership and Software Development to greatly improve enterprise results.  

Ms. Cross is an avid volunteer and is committed to philanthropic causes, specifically:  Habitat for Humanity; Year-Up Mentor; Co-president of Executive Women’s Special Interest Group; and Vanderbilt Engineering Alumni Council (former). She has also led numerous international mission trips.

She holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a MBA from the University of Georgia.  She also holds certifications, including PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO Auditor.  Ms. Cross has lived in the Atlanta area for several years and has two sons.
